These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AuditVolt Google Sheets add-on ("Service") operated by AuditVolt ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AuditVolt is a Google Sheets add-on that uses artificial intelligence to help you analyze, transform, and understand spreadsheet data. The Service processes data from your Google Sheets by sending it to AI language model providers to generate responses.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Google account and be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit data that you do not have the right to share with third-party AI services
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of others

4. Data Processing

To provide AI-powered features, the Service sends selected spreadsheet data to third-party large language model (LLM) providers via API. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this data processing. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your spreadsheet data. AI-generated outputs produced by the Service are provided to you for your use. We do not claim ownership of your data or the outputs generated from it.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuditVolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the add-on from Google Sheets.
